The chest circumference of women's clothing should be 3-7 cm larger than the measured size. However, this is only a recommendation.
Measure the position of your chest by placing the tape measure at the widest distance across your chest.
Place your hands on your waist. The point where your hands are is your waist point. Measure the circumference of your waist from that point.
Start measuring at shoulder height. Stand upright and measure from your shoulder down parallel to your body.
